"Aeroflot-Cargo" now offers new conditions of delivery of the freight from Chinese and German airports (Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Frankfurt Hahn). New conditions allow our customers to arrange and pay their freight charges in Moscow using payment facility of GHA Airport-Moscow.

Terms and conditions:

• Rates are valid since 1.09.2009
• Rates are valid on the date of execution of the air waybill.
• Rates are valid for General Cargo only.
• Rates do not apply to the following categories of freight: live animals, valuable, human remains (AVI, VAL, and HUM).
• Rates apply to chargeable weight of the shipment. (IATA standard calculation: 1000 kg equals 6 cubic metres)
• Rates include VAT. VAT is set up at 0%

Rates include:

• Air freight charges
• Reservation charge
• Freight transfer to Airport-Moscow
• Standard handling charge at Airport-Moscow

Rates do not include:

• Delivery to the airport of origin
• Handling charges at the airport of origin
• Customs clearance at airports of origin and destination
• “As agreed” air waybill charge

Other conditions:

1. Fuel surcharge (MYC) and security surcharges
(SCC) and air side transfer surcharge do not apply.

2. Dangerous goods permitted on passenger aircraft are subject to a surcharge (RAC) totaled as 6 rubles per chargeable kilo for region China and Hong Kong (minimum charge – 2100 rubles per shipment); 8 rubles per chargeable kilo are applicable for Germany (minimum charges – 800 rubles per shipment).

3. Dangerous goods permitted on cargo aircraft only (CAO) will be charged at 130% of applicable rate. 

4. Dangerous Goods declaration MUST be arranged by a shipper. Assistance may be provided at the airport of origin.

5. Heavy and outsized shipment will be charged at 120% of applicable rates. Outsized cargo is a shipment any dimension of which exceeds 350 cm. Heavy cargo is a shipment any individual piece weight of which exceeds 3000 kg. Rates are applicable to the whole shipment covered by one air waybill number.
